1. Introduction & Scope
Welcome to ROPO Technologies (operating under ropotechnologies.com). We are committed to protecting the privacy, security, and confidentiality of our clients, institutional partners, and users of our mobile apps, custom web applications, and enterprise ERP solutions (including Self-Study Library ERP, Smart GST Billing, Inventory Management, HRMS & Payroll, Hospital HMS, and School ERPs).
2. Information We Collect
To deliver custom software architecture and cloud ERP deployments, we collect the following categories of information:
- Institutional & Client Identity: Organization legal name, authorized point of contact, corporate email address, registered phone/WhatsApp number, and billing/tax identification details (e.g., GSTIN).
- Operational Project Parameters: Data provided during ERP configuration, such as seat matrix counts, warehouse stock records, payroll structure, patient OPD categories, and student records.
- Technical Telemetry: Server error logs, IP addresses, browser versions, and API response metrics to guarantee 99.9% cloud uptime and SLA compliance.
3. Purpose of Information Processing
We process collected parameters strictly for:
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom software and mobile applications.
- Provisioning database instances and configuring automated cloud backups.
- Delivering client technical support, SLA maintenance, and critical security patches.
- Processing project milestone invoices and regulatory GST tax compliance.
4. Data Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (Zero Third-Party Selling)
ROPO Technologies does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize client data or enterprise databases under any circumstances. All institutional data stored within our custom ERP installations remains the sole, exclusive property of the client. Multi-tenant database partitions are strictly isolated using encrypted security protocols.
5. Data Retention & Archival
Client project parameters and backup snapshots are retained throughout the active service contract and support SLA period. Upon formal termination of services and final settlement, client databases can be permanently wiped or handed over in encrypted SQL/JSON formats upon written authorization.
